I came to JC Motors weary and not sure what to expect since we have recently had some pretty subpar experiences at other auto shops. We were pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, thorough explanations and exam of my car and repair. We appreciate that they were willing to look at my car for no charge. My car runs beautifully. Thank you Peter and staff!
JC Motors is my GO TO when I have an issue with my vehicles. My latest visit was to get an oil change and have them check my Jeep out before I set off on a 2,000 mile trip the next day. They identified my tires were beyond the recommended age and had cracks in them. certainly not what I would want to use on this trek And, they identified my battery was only at 60% life and would not charge to standard... it was 10 years old. Great catch on both! Whats more I waited until the day before I was to leave a 5am so they had to scramble to get both the tires and the battery replaced. And, they DID it! Super happy with their professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency. I will continue to bring my families vehicles there!
I had a very good experience with JC Motors. The staff was friendly, communicative, and focused on doing the job right. I appreciate the care they put into my car, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!
Did a great job of detecting origin of window electrical issue.
The brake work and oil change were great and completed on time. But what I experienced and what I observed is that at least one of their guys uses scare tactics to try to sell you more repairs that you may not really need.
We have been taking our two cars to JC Motors for several years. They do amazing work. We are trying to purchase a cheap used car for our daughter and Peter has saved our bacon! He has vetted possible cars with used car dealers, reviewed CarFax and inspected the vehicles. The repairs on the vehicle my daughter wanted would have cost two times the price of the car! He has been going so above and beyond and is really invested in this process you would think he was buying the car! He has definitely earned out loyalty! Thank you Peter!
WOW. YES. The staff is constantly developing and learning latest systems - they keep up. They are really big on Photo evidence as well. Out of all the inspections I have ever had this one is the most thorough and they caught things that no one else caught. Turns out my transmission also has a differential connected to it which is unusual and easy to miss with the transmission so no one ever checked the fluid. Anyways I appreciate them and I'm going to be coming back. I forgot to mention they also made sure that my car is worth keeping and they did an engine health check as well. They do major health checks before every major repair to make sure nothing else is really wrong. I highly recommend them if not for First Service then for a second opinion. The only reason I'm giving them five stars is because I can't give them six
